Can a Dialysis dependent patient still go to work normally?

Here is my personal experienced:

There was this 2 Treatment Facility that I have been with. The Doctors are Extremely Professional, they are doing it by the books. Every time I have a treatment there in that Facility, I go out with a very high bp even if the Doctors let me have around 3 to 4 pcs of meds for bp control, I was disoriented, and I almost could not take 5 steps. There procedure are a bit harsh to patients, not considering how the body of the patient respond to the treatment. Feels like, they are going to kill me  sooner in the way the do the care.

Luckily, I have discovered a Treatment Facility that is very very keen to their patients reaction to treatment. Their procedures are very professional enough, with higher emphasis on human tolerance, Whats the use of treatment if it will add you more sufferings? Right? Its in that Facility that I felt like I am a normal person, I can drive, I can do everything in my work assignment either it will me on site or in the office. There was never an instance that I was not able to an hour to home after my treatment.

Working  while depending on dialysis treatment maybe impossible to some. Personally, At first I though I am done with working. But,  according to my Doctor " There is nothing wrong with you, you are still the same man with same strength " of course you can still work he said, do not go home". The only thing that you don't possess is a good functioning kidneys. Your kidneys are malfunctioning. With proper dialysis working is possible.
