My Personal experience : (more videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/Whatsnewtodayjan2012 )
This post was purely base on my personal experience. I have been looking for the solutions on how to lower my phosphorus levels in more than 3 years now. I have made a lot of searches in the internet but I have not found an exact procedure or discipline on how to do it.
It worries me so much when my Doctor told me to do something because my phosphorus is getting higher and higher until it reaches to 115. "He said it is very dangerous, it will affect your bones and the rest of your health".
I have taken drugs for my Phosphorus control but, it is does not lower it down it keeps of coming back for almost 3 year until one time, a friend advice me to try a procedure which helped him so I tried to do my own experiment and guess what it was a success from 115 it goes down to 75 its very great after my laboratory my Doctor congratulated me for my success in the control of my phosphorus and he said keep on doing it until it will reach the normal level.
Here are some info on how I did it in just 4 days.

What is Phosporus?
Function of Phosphorus in the Body
Phosphorus works with calcium to help build bones. Your body needs the right amount of both to be at its best and strongest. With too much calcium, your body absorbs less phosphorus, and vice versa. Like calcium, you need vitamin D to absorb phosphorus properly.
Symptoms of High Phosphorus in the Body
A high level of phosphates in the blood is called hyperphosphatemia. Some of its symptoms overlap with those of low phosphorus, like joint and muscle pain, and muscle weakness. People with high phosphorus levels can also experience itching and red eyes. In more severe cases, symptoms like severe constipation, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea can occur.
Foods with High Levels of Phosphorus
1. Seeds - Sunflower, Schia seeds, sesame seeds, watermelon seeds, flaxseeds
2 Cheese - goat cheese, Parmesan, nonfat Mozzarella, swiss, Nonfat cream cheese
3 Fish - whitefish and cod, tuna, mackerel
4 Nuts - almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, pine nuts
5 Meat - lean pork, lean beef, veal leg
6 Dairy products- milk, nonfat yogurt, muffins
7 Soya foods - Tofu , soybeans
8 Bean and lentils - kidney beans,white beans,yellow beans
9 Chocolates -
Low in Phosphorus Foods
Almost all fresh fruits and vegetables are low in phosphorus. Popcorn, saltines, cornflakes, bread, and eggs also have very low levels of phosphorus.
How It Affects the Kidneys
Heathy kidney removes excess phosphorus from your blood, keeping your levels balanced and normal. When your kidneys aren’t working correctly, your phosphorus levels can get too high, which can cause calcium levels to rise as well. This can cause dangerous calcium deposits to form in your blood vessels, lungs, eyes, and heart. People with this condition often need dialysis to help their kidneys clean out the excess phosphorus.
How did I reduce Phosphorus in 4 days?
Actually even in 2 or 3 days it will go down. Here are the steps:
1 Avoid eating all the foods with high in phosphorus (this will lower your phosphorus gradually)
2 For people with very critical very high phosphorus, Here what you can try doing:
a. Take at least 25 ml pure honey 3 times a day
b. Discipline your eating habits - eat only bread with no other cream or sandwiches on it (3 days)
d. Drinks - avoid drinking soft green tea and water for 3 days
drinks, drink only
c. And a half hour walking exercise each day
All of this will lower your phosphorus levels in a very short period of time without taking any medicine for the control of phosphorus.
I hope this post can help you guys.
Have fun and enjoy life. Live a healthy life.
